What’s an eBooks?

I’m going to start sharing a story about my friend. My friend had  learned a hard lesson regarding why it is a good idea to read what you are actually about to buy, and how you will receive it! I don’t want you to do what my friend did and be waiting  for a couple of weeks wondering why the heck you haven’t received that book you thought you had ordered! Yes, that is what happened to my friend. He thought he was actually buying a book on line.  He was all excited about getting this book he ordered! Couldn’t wait to get it in the mail. After some time went by, we did some research on why he had not received his book in the mail. We found out that he did not not  pay any attention to the “e” in front of “book” , so he just assumed it was an actual book he had ordered.  So, I thought I would try to explain to those out there, like my friend,  that are not too familiar with “eBooks” and what they are.  An eBook is best described as a down-loadable book written in PDF (Portable Document Format). Some might ask, “Why should I want a down-loadable book”.  Well, a down loadable book has a lot of advantages -vs- regular books. Here are a few reasons why eBooks are very excellent to have instead of  regular books.  The biggest plus about an eBook is that they are instant BOOKS!  You may not have time to hunt down that particular book you are wanting at a book store, so now you have it right at your finger tips. You don’t have to worry about bent pages, water damage, dust damage, or finding enough room for that “one more “  book on the shelf.  You can store them on a disc to save space. And eBooks saves TREES! That to me is a very good thing there! So, I hope that I have explained to you what an eBook is.
